Made-to-Order Products

Every piece sold by Curating Walls is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

Because each artwork is produced exclusively for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, production begins and we are unable to make changes, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll make it right.

To request a replacement, please email support@curatingwalls.com within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging
  • Your order number

Damage Review

To process a damage claim:

  • Photos must clearly show the damage.
  • Images must be submitted in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC format.
  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the recorded delivery date.
  • The artwork must not have been installed, framed differently, altered, or otherwise modified before the photos are taken.

Curating Walls will review each claim and, at our sole discretion, determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement.

Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will manufacture and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement production and shipping times are subject to current manufacturing capacity and carrier transit times.

Refunds are not provided for shipping-related damage when a replacement can reasonably be supplied.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require payment of additional shipping fees before being reshipped.

Color & Display Variations

Artwork colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, device settings, lighting conditions, and printing materials. These minor variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
